Soy Sauce made from fermented soybeans, sugar and water, but with Maggi make clear (lovage), used in Thai cuisine. Salt, maggi sauce-like dishes that just spice gives. About as strong as regular soy sauce. How to use?
In stir-fries instead of soy sauce, or possibly even to supplement with a little oyster sauce to Thai effect. Lovely in the Pad Thai (fried rice noodles, recipe below), the national dish of Thailand. It can also be used as a flavoring in various stir-fries.
