Pork Ball Soup (Gaeng Jued)

1 chicken   broth   cube
7   cups of water
1/2 pound   ground   pork
3 tablespoons   soy sauce
1 cup   mushrooms
1 carrot
1 cup celery
1 and a 1/2 cup   of bean sprouts
2 cups   cut   white cabbage
2 of forest outings

  • Mix the ground pork with pepper and 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Shape the meat into 1 inch balls
  • Chop the carrot into small pieces
  • Chop the celery into small pieces
  • Chop the mushrooms
  • Chop the spring onions

  • Place the cooker on high heat.
  • Add water and kipboullion cube into the pan.
  • When the water boils add pork balls. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • Then add carrot, celery and mushrooms. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to medium and add the cabbage and bean sprouts.
  • Simmer gedurend the 1st minute.
  • Add the remaining soy sauce and spring onions.

Serve in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste
