Thai Fried Rice

In Thai we call this dish Khao Pad. Khao means rice and Pad means to bake. Rice is the main export product of Thailand, and has a history of cultivation goes back thousands of years.

Fried Rice   is very easy   and fast   to make   this dish   is considered to be   fast food   in Thailand   and   is always a   option   you want something quick, easy   and well   to make.
Everyone   fried rice   a bit different,   to experiment   with different   ingredients that are   in your   refrigerator.   This recipe   makes use of   chicken,   but you can   is replaced by the   pork, prawn   or   tofu.   You can also   vegetables like   carrots and   broccoli. Experiment with   what you like.   There is even a   variety   Thailand called   American   Fried Rice   that is   to make   with ketchup!

2 cups   cooked rice
1 small   chicken breast
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons   oil
2 tablespoons   soy sauce
1 teaspoon   black   soy sauce
2 eggs
2 of forest outings

  • Cook rice
  • Chop the garlic
  • Cut spring onions
  • Cut the chicken into 1 inch. pieces
  • Beat the eggs

  • Turn the stove on medium heat
  • Add oil in a wok
  • When the oil is hot add the garlic
  • Add the chicken
  • When chicken is cooked add the rice and stir about 1 minute
  • Add soy sauce and black soy sauce, stir until the rice and the sauce for about 1 minute
  • Add egg and stir until the egg is cooked
  • Add the onions and stir to combine.

Garnish   with cucumber   and lime.
